Senior Technical Writer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams to define, design, and maintain core documentation.
• Deliver documentation for cloud-based services and on-premise software aimed at various audiences including end-users, admins, and developers.
• Advocate for documentation during product planning and feature scoping meetings.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with software development and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with markdown, version control, and IDEs.
