Job Description

As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will develop and drive the execution of our enablement programs and initiatives for the Growth Sales Team.  This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training and onboarding programs, creating and optimizing sales collateral, ensuring alignment across the organization, and measuring the impact of enablement initiatives to drive sales productivity and effectiveness. Develop and refine training programs aimed at enhancing both foundational and advanced sales skills; collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities, creating tailored coaching content that improves sales effectiveness. Manage sales enablement platforms to streamline the sales process and increase overall productivity. Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure that sales enablement programs align with organizational goals, strategies, and messaging; lead the design and implementation of metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
