Act as primary liaison between BDO, underwriter, borrower, and SBA for collateral review and loan documentation.
Manage loan application pipelines and work with Lender Service Provider to ensure timely closings.
Coordinate with Loan Operations for funding and proactively communicate with stakeholders.

SBA Knowledge:

Stay abreast of all SOP changes and review loans for SBA eligibility.
Ensure all loan files are properly documented and meet SBA and bank standards.
Enter loan files into ETRAN for approval.

Build strong relationships with borrowers and internal stakeholders.
Approach each interaction with a service-first mindset.
Address all questions, concerns, and issues promptly and consultatively.
