Job Description
As a (Junior) Retail Operations Specialist – Key Accounts (w/m/d), you will be part of the Supermarket Key Account Team and support the management and development of our key account businesses in the food retail sector. You will work both on a project basis and with your own portfolio of national locations. You will acquire new partners in the food retail sector, proactively by phone and email, and inspire them to cooperate with Too Good To Go. You will prepare appointments and coordinate with Key Account Managers. You will proactively contact your most important existing partners by phone and email, building a strong relationship with our partner companies, understanding their needs and responding to them. You will develop strategies with the Key Account Managers to improve our KPIs and processes. You will carry out targeted analyses, identify potential for optimizing our partnerships, and implement measures. You will plan and carry out calling campaigns to optimize performance and ensure measurable improvements.
