This role focuses on hiring customer-facing Finance and Accountants professionals, as well as supporting recruitment across other functions, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams. As a Talent Partner, you will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define roles, and develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies. Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles across the Finance and Accounting teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Proactively source and engage top talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and events. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs. Use data and insights to track key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes. Collaborate closely with the wider People team to deliver consistent employer branding and a standout candidate experience. Contribute to projects that enhance recruitment tools, onboarding processes, and overall hiring operations.
