Job Description

Prescryptive is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team on a contract assignment up to 120 days. In this role, you’ll help redefine what “customer service” means in healthcare. Our Customer Care Representatives are the voice of our customers—advocating for their needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the development of tools and processes that scale with our growing organization. This is a contract opportunity for individuals with a builder’s mindset who enjoy solving problems, creating structure in ambiguity, and improving operational processes. Develop a deep understanding of Prescryptive’s customers and their needs. Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic customer service via phone, email, and case systems (Salesforce). Contribute to Prescryptive's success in serving members and plans by identifying issues, escalating trends, and contributing improvement ideas. Collaborate with product and operations teams to share feedback that enhances the customer experience. Assist with customer communications during product updates or launches. Acquire detailed knowledge of Prescryptive’s products, workflows, and support tools. Help refine and document internal customer care processes.
