About the Role:
- Quickly respond to Houzz professionals via phone or case rotation.
- Support all teams in the Industry Solutions channel.
- Answer software questions and handle membership questions.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain KPIs for cases solved, solve time, QA, phone SLA, CSAT, engagement, and upsell referrals.
- Escalate cases to appropriate Houzz teams.
- Train professionals on the software through Zoom meetings.
