Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative drives new business by proactively selling Cadwell’s CadCare support contracts for medical devices. Through strategic outbound cold calling, email outreach, and market research, this role identifies, qualifies, and closes sales opportunities, expanding Cadwell’s customer base and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include contacting customers who recently purchased Cadwell medical devices or have expiring support agreements via targeted cold calls and emails to secure CadCare contracts; building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasting and timely reporting; professionally presenting CadCare support contracts, articulating their value to healthcare professionals and decision-makers; preparing and delivering quotes and proposals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure; staying informed on Cadwell’s CadCare offerings, medical device industry trends, and competitive landscape; and consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas and performance metrics.
