Job Description

Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers supporting the Engagement Cloud portfolio. Define and refine clear, compelling messaging for products including loyalty, offers, digital wallets, and guest data. Serve as the voice of the customer—gather insights from sales, customers, and market trends to guide product roadmap and GTM. Own product launches from strategy through execution, partnering with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Experience. Shape pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies in collaboration with Product, Finance, and Account Management. Represent the Engagement Cloud in executive settings, offering insights that guide long-term investment and innovation. Help evolve our product marketing strategy as the portfolio scales and new verticals emerge.
