About the Role:

  • You'll lead the Incentive Compensation Operations engineering team, redefining core compensation experiences as AI-native.
  • Own payouts, reporting, inquiries, and statements used by hundreds of organizations and hundreds of thousands of people.
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, Platform Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, inspire, and grow engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of growth and building future engineering leadership.
  • Set vision, prioritize roadmaps, and shape long-term strategy aligned with customer value and organizational goals.
  • Provide technical leadership through architectural guardrails and guide major decisions without being hands-on.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing software engineers, preferably in remote-first B2B SaaS or startup environments.
  • 8+ years of full-time software development experience, product engineering or full stack focus.
  • Proven ability to hire and develop talent, with enthusiasm for AI-native product development.
