Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will cooperate with the Lead TA in the design, development and launch of all talent acquisition strategies, programs, tools and processes to fill specific talent needs for the country. You'll work as a consultant, sharing best practices to lower seniorities, giving advice to hiring managers and working as a TA partner for the full operation. Being a specialist, you will provide and co-create the strategies for our business goals. You will be responsible for the full TA operation, acting as a partner and a consultant. To be responsible for every full-cycle recruiting process assigned (hunting and talent acquisition, sourcing, recruiting, selection, interviews, decisions, hiring and afterwards data processing).
If having people in charge or people being monitored indirectly, provide support, guidance and inspire them to achieve their goals. When applies, to work closely with clients and other Valtech sites, giving visibility of the recruiting processes and sharing information about the pipeline of candidates involved. To generate a close communication flow in order to show results and share perspectives.
