Job Description

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a client-facing leader responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across a defined territory. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both existing and new clients throughout the full lifecycle—from onboarding and recruitment through immigration and arrival—while ensuring outstanding client service and operational execution. The RAM owns client satisfaction, growth targets, and the seamless coordination of internal WWHS teams to meet client needs. In addition to managing current accounts, the RAM plays a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding portfolios, and supporting the long-term success of WWHS. Existing Client Management includes being the primary face of WWHS for assigned client accounts, managing relationships across all stages of the service lifecycle, leading client meetings and responding promptly to requests, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, planning and leading client visits, driving S&OP planning, ensuring proactive communication across departments, monitoring account metrics, identifying client needs, and documenting interactions using CRM systems. New Business Development includes identifying and attending BD events, following up with leads, building strategic relationships, owning targets for new business growth, prioritizing high-value accounts, and driving visibility via LinkedIn. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and other duties to support WWHS’s objectives.
