What You Will Do:
- Own workshops with business experts to discover and model processes.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and define solutions on the Microsoft platform.
- Write user stories, functional specs, and test cases to drive development.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of business analysis experience.
- Strong process modeling, data literacy, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with D365 F&O, Power BI, and the Microsoft stack is preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $105,000 to $140,000.
