Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across internal business systems, focusing on analysis, execution, and program delivery.
• Analyze enterprise system boundaries, data models, APIs, integrations, and multi-system data flows across platforms.
• Design end-to-end workflows and drive post-merger integration programs aligning technical milestones and dependencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with 4+ years leading complex multi-system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data models, schemas, APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise system architecture.
• Proven experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
