What You'll Do:
- Lead requirements analysis, documentation, and management throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure technical teams fully understand business requirements before solution design.
- Collaborate with executive management to align IT initiatives with business strategy.
What You Need:
- Strong analytical skills with data analysis and process modeling expertise.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design, plus experience with Agile and Scrum.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $108,640 - $135,800 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching up to 5%.
