Job Description

Take ownership of the strategy, execution, and growth of Makina’s partnerships, integrations, and presence in the American market. This role requires deep DeFi expertise, a robust network, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator, capable of driving business development in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key responsibilities include strategic partnership development, market and ecosystem expansion, and TVL growth strategy. You will identify potential DeFi partners, manage the lifecycle of partnerships, analyze the DeFi landscape, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and represent the protocol at major events. You will also develop and execute strategies to grow Makina’s Total Value Locked (TVL) by attracting both retail and institutional capital. Additionally, you will monitor TVL metrics, analyze user behavior, and build relationships with institutional players to onboard large-scale liquidity.
