About the role:
- Manages the client services team, providing tactical and strategic leadership.
- Works directly with clients to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Owns the campaign process from inception to completion.
What you'll do:
- Develops relationships and manages key opinion leaders.
- Handles multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Communicates with all departments to provide project updates.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
- Pharma agency experience and brand launch experience required.
- 7+ years client services experience within a high-volume advertising agency.
