Ensure same-day, accurate event entry into GoFan HQ or via CSV imports.
Maintain high-quality data standards with complete and correctly formatted records.
Organize and track incoming requests to prevent missed or unresolved entries.

In this role, you can expect to:

Create events manually in GoFan HQ based on school specifications.
Process bulk uploads via CSV and self-review entries for accuracy.
Communicate with Customer Success teams to resolve unclear requests promptly.

To thrive in this role, you have:

Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors affecting revenue.
Strong organizational skills to manage a queue of requests independently.
Technical proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort with AI tools.
