New Partnerships Specialist

Your Role:

• You will own the operational execution of League Exchange partnerships across Club and High School markets.
• You will ensure accuracy of partner exchanges, Salesforce data, and usage reporting for a dynamic portfolio.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage day-to-day partnership operations including importing schedules, maintaining naming standards, and verifying exchange accuracy.
• Maintain Salesforce records and track usage metrics to support revenue tracking and partner performance summaries.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships Operations team on workflows and data quality initiatives using Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Knowledge, Skills and Characteristics:

• You have strong attention to detail and can manage high volumes of work accurately and on schedule.
• You are proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• You have clear written and verbal communication skills and can navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
