What you'll be doing:
- Represent Blink’s culture in day‑to‑day interactions, balancing empathy with clarity and structure
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions, providing clear, thoughtful, and compliant guidance; escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately
- Own high‑touch onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure employees are supported through key transitions
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, experience in a rigorous HR environment a plus.
- Good working knowledge of HR practices, HR regulations, employment law, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
