Responsibilities:
- Delivering customer-facing beginner level Ignition training courses that effectively transfer knowledge and actively engage students.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience with clarity.
- Administering Ignition certification and assisting with certification issues from IA staff or customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or instructional field or 4 years of relevant technical education experience.
- 2+ years experience with classroom and eLearning instructional development or delivery.
- Familiarity with a programming language (Python, Java, C++) and SQL.
