Job Description

Achieve P&L targets and manage business unit resources to deliver sales and margin targets. Own and drive revenue growth, leading the team to identify and secure new revenue opportunities. Lead all aspects of sales strategy development and execution related to both maintaining existing business and capturing competitive share. Key functional lead and contributor to overall business strategy, working with marketing, engineering, customer service, and SIOP. Lead talent and capability development, making staffing decisions within the sales function, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent, providing career development and performance management. Create and drive a vision that ensures an ongoing sense of focus, direction, and urgency throughout the sales team. Create and maintain solid professional relationships with key customers and individuals within Regal Rexnord. Lead successful customer negotiations, developing commercial agreements that maximize competitive positioning and profitable sales. Lead performance measurement and variable compensation communication and administration. Contribute to sales strategy, tactics, and regular business updates. Build a strong cross-functional operating cadence with teams around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment, and revenue realization. Achieve and maintain the trust and confidence of all internal functions as required to add team value and achieve goals. Maintain conduct in accordance with Regal Rexnord's vision, mission, values, initiatives, and company policies.
