Job Description
Act as the chief architect of the end-to-end customer parts experience. Obsessively map and improve the customer journey—from part identification and purchase to delivery and installation—with the goal of achieving "Zero Customer Downtime". Lead the Product Management and E-commerce functions to build digital solutions and product offerings that solve customer problems before they happen. Systematically identify, model, and build the business case for new business models, recurring revenue streams, and alternative routes to market to drive sustainable, long-term growth. Own and manage all aspects of the Genuine Parts P&L. Lead and develop the business unit team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and unified, mission-driven purpose. Lead the unification of business strategy with sales execution by partnering with the Sales Leader to align go-to-market strategies.
