Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with US and EU customers, KOLs, and medical societies.
- Navigate pharma decision-making with a service-driven mindset and confident escalation.
- Balance regulatory compliance with business objectives to maintain project momentum.
Technical and On-Site Duties:
- Ensure flawless event execution with thorough app reviews and speaker briefings.
- Travel 20-40% of the time for on-site project support across Europe.
- Analyze post-event data and deliver detailed reports and recommendations to customers.
