Position Description:
- Drive engagement and success of KPA’s client base.
- Manage client relationships educating them on regulations.
- Assist clients with regulatory inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Research current and upcoming regulations.
- Communicate clearly with clients concerning regulations.
- Resolve client issues and collect feedback.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Account Management or Field Consultant role.
- Experience in Finance or Fixed Operations is a plus.
- Skilled at building long-term client relationships.
