About the role:
- Senior individual contributor backend engineering role at a Series A startup.
- Building an AI-enabled risk-management platform for cold-chain logistics.
What you'll do:
- Design and build backend services for logistics orchestration.
- Own data-heavy distributed systems for IoT data.
- Build predictive systems for OTIF performance.
What we're looking for:
- 5-15 years of backend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and containerization.
Compensation & benefits:
- Base salary $130,000-$160,000 USD.
- Equity participation and cash bonus.
