About the Role:
- Manage 15-20+ work orders daily, reviewing contractor reports and confirming quality.
- Use HVAC/plumbing expertise to catch misdiagnoses and scope repairs accurately.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on HVAC or plumbing experience with strong diagnostics.
- Fluent English and confident communication with US-based contractors.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $1,450 monthly with performance bonuses and 13th month pay.
