Job Description
The Expert Services team at ServiceNow works with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. As part of the Customer Excellence Group, you will focus on HR Service Delivery solutions, including implementation, advisory, best practices, innovation, and architecture. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, analyze processes, and coach junior team members. The role involves customer interaction and some travel within EMEA. You will be expected to think critically about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving and be fluent in Arabic and English.
