Key Responsibilities:
- Manage design, build, testing, validation, maintenance, and ongoing support of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Electronic Remittance modules.
- Lead project-based work including Epic upgrades, enhancement requests, ticket queue responses, and break/fix duties.
- Foster positive relationships with interdisciplinary workgroups, clinical and financial departments, and Epic partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in healthcare operations (or 7 years without degree).
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Electronic Remittance Administration certification required.
- Advanced communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
