Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and other channels.
- Oversee the unique needs of specialized accounts.
- Process data entry and order management tasks.
Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years customer service experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The base pay ranges from $20.41 to $32.59 per hour.
