Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role:

• We are looking for a self-starter Fulfillment Specialist to support our global Operations and Sales teams remotely.
• This role requires excellent problem-solving, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do:

• Process incoming orders and returns, validate PO accuracy, and coordinate with warehouses for timely dispatch.
• Own LTL freight scheduling, manage complex logistics, and ensure daily shipping deadlines are met.
• Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years in call center and logistics coordination, with expertise in domestic LTL/freight and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage workload with 90% autonomy, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus, as is knowledge of international shipping.
