Weโre looking for a hands-on VP of Sales to build and scale Meshyโs enterprise business. This is a true builder role โ youโll roll up your sleeves, drive deals from start to finish, and set up the GTM systems, team, and playbook that fuel our next phase of growth. Youโll lead by example, break into new accounts, and work closely with Product and Marketing to bring our AI-powered 3D technology to more companies around the world.
You will build and lead Meshyโs B2B sales motion across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. You will personally drive key strategic deals end-to-end while shaping a repeatable sales process around it. The role involves hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team (AEs, AMs, SDRs) and defining ICPs, territories, pricing, and quota structures to support predictable growth. You'll partner with Product and Marketing on messaging, lead generation, and customer feedback loops. Create a data-driven sales process โ from pipeline management to forecasting and win/loss insights. Collaborate with leadership on strategic partnerships, expansion plays, and revenue strategy.
