Join iKhokha as a Field Sales Specialist, contributing to their digital empowerment narrative by growing the iKhokha customer base and being accountable for hitting steep sales targets in the Atlantic Seaboard Lower Region. Trade Areas include Richwood, Bothasig, Edgemead, Panaroma, Brooklyn, Tigerhof, Century City, Summer Greens, Sunset Beach, Milnerton, Kilarney Gardens, Bloubergstrand, Tableview. Prospect and canvass for new customers, build a sales pipeline and close deals.
Additional responsibilities include post-sale follow ups, promotional upsells, researching new sales leads, ensuring target achievement, completing feedback loops, assisting merchants with FICA documentation, and upholding company standards. Monitor competition, resolve customer complaints, and maintain professional knowledge.
