Job Description

The Sales Specialist is responsible for being the SaaS Sales Team expert in support of driving new revenue. This includes working the full sales cycle from prospecting and demo to closing of the sale in collaboration with the local Sales team. The Sales Specialist will report directly to the Sales Manager. This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories). Overall solution sales to help drive active opportunities through the sales process to closing. Meet weekly metrics for outbound prospecting calls, emails, and demos. Deliver customized demos, catered to customer pain points and positioning as the ideal CMS experience. Provide technical Q&A sessions with qualified prospects. Facilitate trial creation, customization, and delivery to qualified prospects. Assist Sales teams with questions.
