The ideal candidate will be skilled at establishing trust, providing value-added insights, and positioning Carrot as a trusted partner in the benefits ecosystem. Strong collaboration with these stakeholders is essential to driving demand, accelerating sales cycles, and expanding Carrotβs presence in the SMB market. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to gather prospect feedback, collaborate with internal teams to refine our product offerings, and deliver outstanding customer service.
