Job Description
As Business Development Representative (BDR) you will play a crucial role in driving a company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, securing sales calls and nurturing relationships to generate sales opportunities. You should conduct market research, employ various outreach strategies such as cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. The primary goal of a BDR is to expand the company's customer base, increase revenue, and support overall business development initiatives by creating a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, outreach and communication, qualifying leads, educating prospects, managing CRM and sales tools, collaborating with sales team, and tracking metrics and reporting. Skills needed are analytical and critical thinking, outstanding communication and customer service skills, prospecting & lead generation, technical adaptability, and being fluent with HubSpot and LinkedIn.
