- Investigate and resolve Homeowners claims efficiently.
- Obtain loss information from insureds, vendors, and witnesses.
- Compare facts to policy to determine coverage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to obtain state property claims licensing.
- Complete property claims training program.
Skills & Abilities:
- Work independently to investigate, evaluate, write estimates, negotiate, and resolve structural or personal property claims.
- Possess strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Be comfortable with new technology and business tools.
