As a Sales Development Representative, you will research and identify potential customers within our target market, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce. You will also conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and follow up with inbound leads to schedule meaningful appointments for the sales team. This role requires using active listening and discovery techniques to understand customer pain points and determine how Chatmeter’s solutions align with their goals. You will also educate prospects on the value of our platform, addressing their questions and objections with confidence and expertise.
