Job Description
The Business Development Director will identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities, and build and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers within prospect and client organizations. They will develop a deep understanding of the client's business challenges and organizational structure to create realistic and actionable account plans.
This role also involves contributing to the ongoing refinement of the company's business development approach, defining client and vertical targets, minimizing the cost of sales, and increasing efficiencies and closing rates, while exceeding revenue targets that align with the company's growth objectives.
