What You'll Do:
- Own identity and access via Okta, device fleet with MDM, and SaaS stack licensing.
- Automate onboarding, offboarding, and recurring IT tasks using scripts and no-code tools.
- Support office IT in New York and San Francisco hubs and maintain compliance controls.
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years IT ops experience, including startup environment.
- Hands-on with Okta, macOS MDM (Kandji/Jamf), and Google Workspace.
- Scripting ability (Python/Bash) and clear documentation habits.
Who You'll Work With:
- Collaborate with the Security & Automation Engineer and Infrastructure team.
- Be part of a distributed team of ~100 across the US and Europe.
- Report to the Engineering Lead and work with product and security engineers.
