• Contribute to overall team culture through participation in retreats and staff meetings.

Business Development:

• Identify and cultivate new client opportunities aligned with the firm's mission and capabilities.
• Expand existing client relationships and contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting, philanthropy, or social impact with increasing responsibility and a proven results track record.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and people management skills with strong commercial and data-driven judgment.
