Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps)

The Director of Revenue Operations at Enformion will focus on:

• **Strategy & Alignment:** Partner with leadership to align goals, define the revenue funnel, and translate objectives into KPIs.
• **Systems & Infrastructure:** Own the RevOps tech stack, optimize system integrations, and ensure CRM hygiene.
• **Data, Analytics & Insights:** Develop dashboards, provide insights on key metrics, and guide forecasting using predictive analytics. In addition:
• **Process Optimization:** Standardize processes, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate on training programs.
• **Leadership & Collaboration:** Manage the RevOps team, serve as a liaison between departments, and champion continuous improvement.
