Director, Pipeline Excellence

Overview:

• This role drives predictable, efficient, and scalable pipeline engine across go-to-market motions.
• You will own pipeline strategy, operating cadence, and performance improvement to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-quarter target-setting and capacity planning across inbound, outbound, partner, and expansion.
• Design and run the 13-week Revenue Operating Cadence with pipeline reviews and executive updates.
• Build pipeline taxonomy, hygiene standards, and dashboards to improve data quality and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Deep experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Proven director-level leadership with cross-functional influence and analytical communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and BI tools like Salesforce and Looker to build metrics frameworks.
