About the Role:
- Define and execute the overarching strategy empowering sellers to generate high-quality pipeline.
- Own the full lifecycle of programs from insight to execution, diagnosing gaps and designing outbound strategies.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and BizOps.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years in Sales Programs, Revenue Programs, or GTM Strategy in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven track record designing and executing outbound sales programs that moved pipeline metrics.
- Strong analytical instincts and executive communication skills.
