• Build and lead a high-performing Enterprise Product Advisor team through hiring, coaching, and development.
• Establish career pathing and promotion frameworks to grow talent into Account Executives.
• Foster a high-energy, high-accountability team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Pipeline Strategy:

• Define ideal customer profile and account prioritization strategy to target high-potential businesses.
• Own territory design and outbound prospecting strategy, partnering with Sales and Marketing.
• Ensure disciplined follow-up and nurture processes to maximize future pipeline potential.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

• Build strong relationships with Marketing and Account Executive leadership to drive pipeline quality.
• Act as voice of EPA function in sales leadership forums, representing pipeline health and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure strong product knowledge and competitive positioning.
