Your Role:
- Lead and continuously improve the global BDR organization, overseeing pipeline generation across all segments and geographies.
- Guide GTM decision making as a member of the CRO’s R-Staff and RevOps Leadership Team.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to refine outbound playbooks and qualification criteria.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of sales or business development experience, with at least 4 years leading BDR or SDR teams at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure software company.
- Proven track record building and scaling global BDR functions from hiring through pipeline targets.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales motions, modern prospecting tools, and pipeline hygiene standards.
Your First 90 Days:
- Days 1-30: Meet the team and stakeholders, audit processes, and identify urgent gaps.
- Days 31-60: Redefine the BDR playbook, establish operating cadence, and begin filling open headcount.
- Days 61-90: Execute the playbook consistently, ensure pipeline generation trends toward targets, and become a recognized cross-functional partner.
