Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the Referral track of the Solution Partner Program, turning partners into a consistent source of qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain partner relationship maps, running a lightweight governance rhythm focused on pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure clean attribution and avoid channel conflict.
What You'll Need:
- 4–7+ years in sales, partnerships, channel, or business development, with comfort owning hard revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and PRM tools, with a builder mentality for scaling new motions.
- Strong communication skills to present to partner leadership and internal stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This position has an OTE of $180k - $200k, with actual salary varying based on factors like experience and location.
