Job Description
This is a part-time remote role with working hours primarily Thursday to Sunday (with heavier shifts on weekends), and potential expansion to additional weekday evenings based on performance and need. Key Responsibilities include handling incoming web leads and phone calls after hours, managing leads, providing estimates, and booking cleaning appointments using Maid Central (JORS software). You will follow up with prospects to maximize booking rates, close deals independently and drive new customer acquisition.
You will also maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments and communicate effectively with internal teams via WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Workspace, or Slack. Exceptional customer service with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism is expected.
