Accountabilities:
- Own and maintain the demand forecast across DTC and retail channels
- Build, run, and maintain statistical forecasts using planning tools and historical data
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, and/or S&OP
- Strong experience supporting retail and omnichannel businesses
- Advanced Excel skills
Benefits:
- Base salary range of $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility
