Calibrate is looking for an Accountability Coach to foster accountability and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
-Implement core coaching competencies to support members through their lifestyle journey, setting goals and leveraging the Calibrate Intensive Lifestyle Intervention Program.
-Ensure quality member experiences across all channels by demonstrating empathy and providing solution-focused service.
-Handle member calls, navigate systems, and provide accurate information.
-Personalize the program for each member by setting relevant, achievable, and incremental goals that align with their unique needs.
-Maintain comprehensive documentation of all interactions.
